Hey, I’m Bryson—most people know me as Coach Tilla. I’m a dedicated sports performance coach with nearly 8 years of experience training athletes from across the country. I specialize in plyometrics, unilateral training, and speed development, and I take pride in delivering results that speak for themselves.
I’m 26 years old and the second oldest of four siblings. My passion for athletics runs deep—both of my parents played collegiate sports at Mississippi State, and they instilled in us a competitive drive and commitment to excellence that shaped who I am today.
My mission is simple: to help people live healthier, stronger lives. I’m committed to constantly learning, growing, and pushing myself—and I bring that same energy and intensity to every session. I’m not your typical trainer. I demand the best from my athletes because I believe in their potential, even when they don’t see it yet.
What keeps me going? The people who believed in me and never let me quit. Every day, you’re my motivation—and I’m here to be yours.

What can you expect from Training as a 220 Athlete?
Training as a 220 athletes is big! We work our players and fitness members on a higher level than most high performance facilities around, We focus on making you better than what you came in as. Our workouts are college advanced workouts to prepare you for the next phase of your sport or life. Our Fitness classes are ran by some of the best trainers in Cincinnati!  We focus on health just as much and we do strength ! Stretching is really big for us, so expect to reach your highest potential of flexibility as well.

MUSCLE GAIN
Add lean muscle and strength with exercises that are made to limit the use of equipment. Our goal is to keep the main focus on your body weight, adding minimal equipment when needed. Â

WEIGHT LOSS
Rev up that metabolism and put your body in a fat burning state with workouts that aare designed to use maximize the use of your entire body. Our goal is to maximizing results and leave you feeling elevated.

CARDIO BUILD
Increase the efficiency of your heart with 40 minutes plyo-metric sessions. This is high intensity functional training at its best. No more getting out of breath walking up those stairs or at practice.Â
